3. Monitor Your Screen Time Though you are working from home and have tight schedule or office work. But it is necessary to monitor your screen time, the time you spent on laptop or computer. 4. Spend Time With Your Children If you have children at home then it is equally important to talk or spend time with them. It will reduce your mind stress and keep you relax.
